This website is operated by Aether ERP Inc. for marketing and informational purposes. It describes Aether Payroll and the broader Aether ERP vision. It is not the payroll application itself. Merely browsing this site does not create consent to unrelated product or customer terms, and using this site does not create any customer relationship.
Information on the website is general product and business information and is not legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. Access to, implementation of, or use of Aether products and services is subject to a separate written agreement between Aether ERP Inc. and the customer.
No warranty on content
Content on this site is provided for general information. It does not represent that any capability is generally available, ready for general release, or compliant for your specific circumstances. Product capabilities are described subject to the qualifications stated on the relevant pages. We may update or correct content at any time without notice.
Intellectual property
The Aether ERP and Aether Payroll names, brand, text, and design on this site are owned by Aether ERP Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them without permission, except as permitted by law.

- Use the site or the assessment form for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
- Submit sensitive payroll data, credentials, or another person’s personal data
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass the security of the site or its intake boundary
- Send automated or spam submissions
Assessment and contact forms
Information you submit through the assessment form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use for website use. The form is an inquiry surface only: submitting it does not create a Payroll SaaS customer contract and does not obligate either party. We may follow up using the work email you provide. We generally aim to respond within two business days, but response times may vary and are not a guaranteed service level.
Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this marketing site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms of Use govern website access and inquiry submission only. They do not set the full payroll-customer indemnity, statutory-filing allocation, payroll data responsibility, SaaS warranty allocation, implementation obligations, or enterprise liability regime. Those belong in future enterprise agreements.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The version shown on this page applies to website use after the update is published.
Governing law and venue
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising solely from use of the marketing website shall be brought before the proper courts of Parañaque City, Philippines. This venue applies only to website use. It does not govern future enterprise subscription agreements, implementation agreements, data-processing agreements, order forms, or customer contracts.
