Integrations

Built around your payroll operation

Strengthen payroll without replacing every system you run.During implementation, we match Aether to your employee data, attendance files, approval process, accounting requirements, statutory needs, and payment formats. Every important input and output is validated with the client.

Three levels of integration

Integration depth is chosen deliberately. The default path is well-understood file exchange; closer automation is introduced with validation where the client systems and operating model require it.

  1. Level 1

    File exchange

Configured CSV and structured-file import and export.

Controlled CSV and structured-file paths move data in and out against agreed formats. This is the default, well-understood integration path for disciplined payroll operations.

  2. Level 2

    Client-specific adapter

Import adapters and export mappings configured per client.

Where a client has a specific source or target format, client-specific import adapters and export mappings are configured so files line up with the payroll process.

  3. Level 3

    Automation introduced with validation

Closer automation through a controlled integration plan.

Where deeper automation is required, Aether can define a controlled integration plan based on the capabilities of the client's existing systems and the validation required for day-to-day use. Deeper requirements can grow as the organization grows.

Match, validate, and confirm

We match Aether to your employee data, attendance files, approval process, accounting requirements, and payment formats. Aether does not assume that one generic format fits every organization.

  • Assess current HR, attendance, accounting, approval, and payment workflows
  • Configure file exchanges, adapters, mappings, and validation rules
  • Validate exchanges before day-to-day use
  • Introduce deeper automation through a controlled integration plan where needed

Scale evidence and integrations

Leave-to-Payroll scale certification does not mean every integration path was certified in that scenario. Integration requirements are assessed per client. Source data and attendance inputs require validation. Accounting and payment outputs need client-specific mapping. File import and export support is discussed within existing certified product boundaries—not as universal device or ERP compatibility.
