Who is responsible
This marketing site is operated by Aether ERP Inc. (formally registered as AETHER ERP INC.) (“we”, “us”). A Philippine information-technology and software company developing ERP, payroll, accounting, and related business systems. Public location: Paranaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
SEC company registration number: 2026060255994-00. BIR TIN and branch code: 011-001-016-000. These identifiers describe the registered company. They are not product certification, payroll accreditation, regulatory approval of software quality, or proof of compliance.
For information submitted through this website’s inquiry form, Aether ERP Inc. is the applicable lead-data controller. This page describes how we handle that information. It does not describe the Aether Payroll application itself.
What we collect
We collect only the information you enter in the assessment form, which may include:
- Your name and work email
- Your company, role, and approximate employee range
- Optional context about your payroll environment (number of legal companies, payroll frequency, current payroll approach, HCM/HRIS, attendance source, accounting system, statutory filing responsibility, timeline, and free-text notes)
- Your acknowledgment selection and versioned terms/privacy/form metadata
We also record limited technical metadata for security and abuse prevention, including a non-reversible hash of your network identifier and a coarse browser/platform summary. We do not store your raw IP address as the identifier.
Please do not submit employee names or numbers, salaries, government identification numbers, bank details, or any payroll or attendance files through this form. This form does not collect employee payroll master data and is not intended for sensitive payroll data.
Why we use it and our basis
We use the information to:
- Evaluate and respond to your business inquiry
- Arrange a direct meeting, presentation, assessment, or product discussion
- Maintain a reasonable record of the business interaction
- Protect the service from spam, fraud, and abuse
Where applicable under the Philippine Data Privacy Act and other relevant regimes, our basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated. We do not claim that every processing activity is exclusively consent-based where another lawful basis may also apply.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a Payroll SaaS customer contract. Actual customer engagement continues through direct communication and presentations.
Who can access it and service providers
Access is limited to authorized Aether officers handling assessment and inquiry requests.
We may use service providers strictly to operate this marketing intake process:
- Vercel — website hosting
- Supabase — marketing-only lead database hosting in Singapore
- Resend — application-generated notification email processing
- Hostinger — human-operated email mailboxes (including assessment and privacy mail)
Marketing lead records are stored in a marketing-only data store that is isolated from the Aether Payroll application and any customer payroll data.
Cross-border processing
Our hosting and email providers may process data outside the Philippines, including database hosting in Singapore. Where that occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection law. We do not claim that transfers are risk free.
How long we keep it
We retain marketing leads for up to 24 months from the later of (1) the initial valid submission, or (2) the last meaningful business interaction. A meaningful interaction includes an actual reply, assessment, meeting, proposal, or governed opportunity update.
Earlier deletion applies following an approved valid deletion request unless retention is required for an active customer relationship, a legal obligation, a documented fraud or security investigation, a legal claim, or a documented legal hold.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a marketing intake process, including access controls on the isolated lead store and minimization of the data we collect. We do not claim guaranteed security, complete compliance, or any specific security certification on this page.
Your rights and contact
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion or blocking of your information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent where applicable; and lodge a complaint with the relevant authority. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@aethererp.com.
Correction and deletion requests are reviewed by authorized personnel. During deletion review, processing may be restricted to what is needed to complete the request and meet legal obligations. Approved deletion results in deletion or anonymization of marketing lead records, subject to the retention exceptions above.
We do not sell inquiry information.
Cookies and children
This site does not use non-essential tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy and an appropriate consent mechanism will be updated first. This site is a business-to-business marketing site and is not directed at children.
